How to get here & where to park:
We are located at 505 Quayle road, accessible by either Interurban or West Saanich.
Free parking is available, located just off Beaver road. This is a field parking lot and there will be volunteers to guide you to a spot. Please note that this is private property and you must be out of the lot by 4:30pm on the day of the event. Vehicles left after 4:30pm are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
NOTE: Our main parking lot is reserved for handicap parking only.
What to bring:
We strongly encourage you to purchase or renew your membership in advance as the weekend is very busy. Please note that your membership must be active beforehand to get in as a member.
There are three water refill stations, water bottles are encouraged. Please dress appropriately for the weather. There are many shady areas as well as our pavilion with air conditioning and seating for you to cool down.
Our concession stand, BBQ, and cut flowers are all CASH only. Most vendors will be able to take card, however, we strongly encourage you to bring cash ahead as we do not have an ATM on site.
Dogs at the Event:
We do allow leashed dogs into the Gardens, provided you clean up after them. However, we ask you to consider leaving your dog at home. August is a very hot month and dogs tend to overheat at the event. If you are unable to leave your pup at home, then please visit our doggie splash pool to help them keep them cool.
Volunteering at the Event:
If you would like to volunteer at the event please sign up by contacting our volunteer coordinator via email.
Volunteering is a great way to support us. We need volunteers in many different roles including admissions, cut flower sales, concession, event assistant and more.
Silent Auction:
Visit our Silent Auction page to preview some of the items that have been donated for the event. Get your bids in when you stop in our air-conditioned pavilion.
