Volunteering at the Event:
If you would like to volunteer at the event please sign up for more information HERE.
Volunteering is a great way to support us. We need volunteers in many different roles including admissions, cut flower sales, concession, traffic control, event assistant and more.
How to get here & where to park:
We are located at 505 Quayle road, accessible by either Interurban or West Saanich.
There is free parking available, located just off Beaver road. This is a field parking lot and there will be people available to guide you to a spot. Please note that this is private property and you must be out of the lot by 4:30pm on the day of the event. Vehicles left after 4:30pm are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
Special thanks to LifeCycles Project for volunteering to manage the parking area for the event. Please donate generously to their project!
Our main parking lot is reserved for handicap parking only.
What to bring:
We strongly encourage you to purchase or renew your membership in advance as the weekend tends to be quite busy. Please note that your membership must be active beforehand to get in as a member.
There are two (2) water refill stations, water bottles are encouraged. Please dress appropriately for the weather. There are many shady areas as well as our pavilion with air conditioning and seating for you to cool down.
Our concession stand, BBQ, and cut flowers are all CASH only. Most vendors will be able to take card, however, we strongly encourage you to bring cash ahead as we do not have an ATM on site. Cash back is available at admissions, but there may be a line-up.
