Transcript and Certificate Order Form
PHC students can order their transcript and / or certificate by submitting the Transcript and Certificate Order Form below and paying the appropriate fee.
Fees:
Transcript Only - $10.00 per transcript
Certificate Only - $10.00 per certificate
Transcript and Certificate - $15.00 per Transcript and Certificate
Please Note:
Landscape Horticulture Certificate program students can request both a transcript and/or certificate.
Apprenticeship students can request their certificate only from PHC. Apprenticeship program students must request or download their transcripts directly from SkilledTradesBC customer service or from the online SkilledTradesBC apprentice portal. PHC does not have SkilledTradesBC transcripts for students.
