Absolutely. Please contact PHC to schedule an appointment to visit the gardens and speak with college staff.

Up to 12 students will be accepted into a Gap Training Program.

Unfortunately, PHC does not offer any funding opportunities for the Gap Training program.

Accommodations are not available on site. Local housing options can be found on usedvictoria.com or Facebook Marketplace.

Aside from supportive college instructors and staff, PHC is unable to offer additional academic resources. It is the responsibility of the student to communicate their needs to the college staff in a timely manner and ultimately are responsible to locate any outside resources as needed (i.e. tutoring, time management skills, etc.).

Absolutely. PHC is the only college to offer Gap Training, Level 3 and 4 on Vancouver Island. To take Gap Training, Level 3 and 4, Level 1 and 2 must be completed.

42 days (6 weeks) to 15 days prior to start of program 95%
14 days to 8 days prior to start of program 50%
7 days or less prior to the start of program 30%
Up to 14 days after program start date 30%
15 or more days after program start date 0%

**Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing or by email.

***The refund will be paid within 30 days of the date the institution receives the notice of withdrawal.

Note: PHC reserves the right to cancel this program 2 weeks prior to the start date should there be insufficient enrollment. In this event, a full refund, including the application fee, will be provided to those who have enrolled in the program
