The Gardens at HCP staff are thrilled to help you plan your wedding. We offer fabulous spaces for your ceremony, photography and reception. We welcome you and your guests to relax and create a memorable day together. Our modern Couvelier Pavilion includes audio-visual equipment, tables, tablecloths, chairs and more – all set in an inviting post and beam building with views into the Gardens. There are several spaces through the Gardens used for ceremonies allowing you to showcase your style. Named the ‘Best Outdoor Venue’ at the 2016 Wedding Awards, it is easy to see why couples love to tie the knot here!

How much does a wedding cost at the Gardens at HCP?
During t 2017 high season of June – September the cost is $2,750. Please ask about our low- season rates or last-minute elopement package.
How many people can I invite?
The capacity for a sit-down dinner in the Couvelier Pavilion is 100 people.
What is the payment schedule?
A deposit of half your rental fee is required upon booking to secure your date. The balance, a refundable damage deposit and your final guest count must be submitted one month prior to your wedding day.
How much time will my rental include?
You have the whole day. Set up must take place that morning and clean up that evening unless pre-arranged. You and your guests may stay until 10 pm and caterers will have until 11 pm to have the room cleared.
What else in included in my wedding at the Gardens at HCP?
Included in your rental is a 2-hour rehearsal time during the week leading up to your wedding. On your wedding day your guests will have access to wander the Gardens during daylight hours, exclusive after 5 pm. Our Event Manager is available for consultations by phone and e-mail. and You are also welcome to arrange on-site meetings with your fiancé, wedding planner, caterer and photographer, as well as with our staff, to ensure everything is organized for your big day.
