The Gardens at HCP's Adopt A Tree Program is a lasting way to honour a loved one. By adopting a tree, a plaque is placed at the base of the tree inscribed with the name of the honouree. Trees are adopted for 20 year periods after which HCP will contact the donor to discuss renewal.
How to Adopt A Tree
The Adopt A Tree program begins with an inquiry email to HCP's Director and Head Gardener using the email contact form below.
Our Head Gardener will then contact the inquirer to coordinate a time to select the specific tree.
After the selection, the tree is confirmed with the receipt of a $2,500.00 donation to the Gardens at HCP and the completed Plaque Form.
Once installed, HCP will notify the donor of the plaque's completion.
