This class with Jane Tice will help you understand what plant names mean, and why we use Latin to name plants in the first place. Once the mystery is removed you will see it makes perfect sense, and you too will be in the know. Understanding the nomenclature is the first step in plant identification, and it will be easier – and more enjoyable – than you think.
