This 2-part series offers hands-on skill development and understanding of plants and their needs for fall and winter. We will learn about the importance of soil development and amending while we tend the HCP Kids Garden for its fall maintenance during week 1. For week 2 the focus will be on planting of late fall crops and the use of cover crops and covers for winter protection. We will end off with a Cob Oven celebration.
