PHC Program Dates and Schedules

Level 2 Landscape Horticulturist Apprenticeship Training Program (2026): 

• Program Dates: August 11-December 17, 2026
• Program Details:
• Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 – 9 pm
• and most Saturdays from 9 am – 4 pm
• Delivery: Part-Time and Blended (a combination of in-person and online classes)
• Open for Applications: March 16, 2026
• Application Deadline: July 24, 2026

Level 3 Landscape Horticulturist Apprenticeship Training Program (2026): 

• Program Dates: November 2-December 11, 2026
• Program Details: Monday to Friday from 9 am – 4 pm
• Delivery: Full-Time and Blended (a combination of in-person and online classes).
• Weeks 1 to 4 will be online
• Weeks 5 & 6 will be in-person at Pacific Horticulture College.
• Open for Applications: March 23, 2026
• Application Deadline: October 16, 2026

Landscape Horticulture Certificate Program (2027): 

• Program Dates: January 18 to November 19, 2027
• Program Details: Program duration is 42 weeks from January to November
  Full-time Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am -12:30 pm (28.5 hours/week)
  Two weeks of Work Experience in August and September with local industry hosts
  Two weeks of summer break in late June / early July
• Open for Applications: April 6, 2026
• Application Deadline: November 30, 2026

• Program Details:

• Application Deadline: December 4, 2026

Level 4 Landscape Horticulturist Apprenticeship Training Programs (2027):

• Program Dates: February 1-March 12, 2027
• Program Details: Monday to Friday from 9 am – 4 pm
• Delivery: Full-Time and Blended (a combination of in-person and online classes).
• Weeks 1 to 4 will be online
• Weeks 5 & 6 will be in-person at Pacific Horticulture College.
• Open for Applications: April 20, 2026
• Application Deadline: December 11, 2026
