Applications open for 2026 Certificate, Part-Time Level 1, and Full-Time Level 4
To Apply for Programs at PHC:
Applying for the Part-Time Levels 1-4 programs and Landscape Horticulture Certificate Program is easier than you think! Applicants will need to submit the listed documents for each program. Application packages can be submit electronically to [email protected], mailed to Pacific Horticulture College, or delivered in-person to the Gardens at HCP's front office.
Part-time programs are subject to a $40.00 application fee and the full-time Certificate program requires a $50.00 application fee. This fee is payable by e-transfer to [email protected], by credit card over the phone to 250-479-6162, on in-person at the Gardens at HCP's front office. Please note that without this fee, applications are considered incomplete.
Landscape Horticulture Certificate Program Application Process
Documents to Submit:
- Certificate Program Application Form
- Your most recent Official Transcripts
- Transcripts must indicate Grade 11 English and Math with a minimum grade of C, or completion of Post Secondary English and Math
- Current Resume
- Letter of Intent
- Two Reference Letters
After the above documents have been submit to [email protected] and the $50.00 application fee is paid, Certificate Program applicants will be contacted to coordinate an admissions interview. Following the interview process, applicants will be notified of their application's status.
Part-Time Level 1 Program

Part-Time Levels 2-4 Programs

- Your most recent Official Transcripts
- Transcripts must indicate Grade 11 English and Math with a minimum grade of C, or completion of Post Secondary English and Math
- Skilled Trades BC Apprenticeship Transcripts
- Transcripts must indicate completion of prior levels
- Current Resume
- Confirmation of Skilled Trades BC Sponsorship Form

Part-Time applicants will be notified of their application's status by email once review of the applicants is complete. Please note that all components must be submitted for the application's review.
