Fast forward to spring and once again it is time to use our hands-on mentoring techniques to prepare our garden space for new additions to the garden and to plant them. Week 1 will include the use of overwintering crops for soil development, preparing plots, and harvesting of fall and winter crops. During week 2, we will seed trays for a variety of vegetable crops to plant out in the future. Summer planning will also be an important part of this spring series.
