The course is two full days, plus half a day for the exam:
Course: Monday, August 15, and Monday, August 22, 9am – 4:00pm
Exam: Thursday, August 25, 9am-12:15pm

Cost is $400, which includes the textbooks and the exam fee. Note that you can sign up to write the exam only for a cost of $110.
