Background: Former professional engineer with over 30 years’ experience in Operations, Corporate Finance and Property valuations in North America, Europe and Asia.  Occupation: Currently offering advisory services in real estate from the Oak Bay office of REMAX Camosun in Victoria, B.C. Personal interests: Victoria Canoe & Kayak Club (SUP section), CCC Bell Ringer, Victoria Opera, Beach Clean-up and the removal of non-indigenous species of plants from the Songhees Islands, Yoga, Hiking, Boating, and Livestream production and videography.  Offering: With skills in finance and analysis, coupled with experience in leadership and teamwork - as well as my willingness to work hard - I will contribute positively to the HCP.
