Larry Phillips

Co-Chair

Larry has served on the HCP Board as a Director and the Board Chairman. He is retired from a career in information technology where he established a solid reputation as a business leader and senior practitioner. As a Vice President of an international information technology company he was responsible for sales and service delivery to public and private sector clients in British Columbia. In his consulting years he was a partner in a major consulting firm where he built a strong practice in strategic planning, project direction and contract administration. Larry has always had an interest in the art of Bonsai. He helped to establish the HCP Bonsai Garden and is now the Lead Steward in the ongoing care of the Garden. He is also a member of the Vancouver Island Bonsai Society. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta and a Certified Management Consultant.
