Annette Wall

Annette Wall retired in 2021 after holding number of executive leadership positions in the public sector. Most recently, Annette served as an educator at Royal Roads University in the School of Leadership Studies, contributing to the next generation of leaders. Annette has a keen interest in establishing effective governance, communications, and strategic alliances among stakeholders, and works diligently to create partnerships to enhance collaboration and synergy. She has broad experience in providing strategic advice and direction in transformational human resources, pedagogy especially around adult education, governance, policy design and development, negotiations, and partnerships for a wide range of services in both public and private sector arenas. In 2021, Annette expanded on her passion for her garden by completing the Master Gardener Certificate and now serves as an avid volunteer for the Victoria Master Gardener Association, including as Chair of Communications. Annette also volunteers at HCP and has completed many community courses offered. As a long-time advocate of community programs and services, Annette has also served on several Boards, including currently for HeroWork – a charity providing Radical Renovations for other charities. In her spare time, Annette can be found in the garden, sharing time with her children and grandchildren, and most often with her treasured pup, Jaxson.
