This is a great time to be in your garden! Please note: There is a minimum order of $30.

 

Pickups will be scheduled for April 23-25 between 10:00am-3:00pm

We will call you to schedule your pickup time with 24 hours of receiving your order. It is important to be on time for your appointment. Once you are here, you will be instructed on where to park and your order will be loaded in your vehicle for you.

How our Vehicle Pick-up Program works

 

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Place your order online or by phone. Orders open on Monday, April 19 at 9:00am.

How to Order Online

If you are a member:
Please click here to log in and then select Plant Sale and Gift Shop from the dropdown list. (It will appear on the list on April 19 at 9:00am.)
This will automatically apply your member discount to your order. (The discount shows up as small red “Sale” tags.)
Click on an item and follow the prompts to place your order and process your payment. Tax is added at checkout.
Please note that there is a minimum order of $30.
Once you have ordered, a friendly staff member from the HCP will call you to schedule your pick-up time.

How to Order by Phone
Phone orders open on April 19 at 9:00am and continue Monday to Wednesday between 9:00am – 3:00pm. Our phone number is (250) 479-6162.

 

HOW TO GET HERE

  • If coming from West Saanich Road, take Beaver Lake Rd (turns into Beaver Rd), and turn right at our main entrance. Proceed down Quayle Road to Gate #4 on the left.
  • If you are coming from Interurban Road, take Quayle Rd and you will see Gate #4 on the right, after you the first hill. If you see our main entrance, you’ve gone too far.
  • Look for the staff member in the bright safety vest!

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When you arrive, we will confirm your order and show you where to park. Please proceed slowly!
Once you have parked, please pop your trunk and we will load your order for you. For everyone’s safety, please remain in your vehicle at all times.
To protect your vehicle’s upholstery, you can place a tarp, boxes or bags out in advance.
Once you have received your order, you will be directed back to the gate, your order checked again and then you are off to plant your new beauties!

 

HCP Plant Sale Pick-up Program FAQ’s

We appreciate your support and continued patience during this time, as we strive to provide the exceptional service and quality you’ve come to expect from us. To keep our crew and community safe, we have implemented certain changes to our plant sales. To answer your most asked questions, we’ve created this FAQ. How does your Pick-Up Program work?
After you order online, we will call you to schedule your pickup time within 24 hours of receiving your order and give you instructions on where to go. Once you arrive, you will be shown where to park and your order will be loaded into your vehicle for you.

Will I receive confirmation after ordering online?
Yes, absolutely! You will get an email confirming your order was received by us. We will contact you to schedule your pickup time.

Can I add or change something to my order after it’s placed?
No. We have a very small staff and are unable to add to or make changes to orders. You can place a second separate order if you forgot something.

How long until you call me to pick up my order?
We will call you to schedule your pickup time within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your pickup will be scheduled on April 23-25 between 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Can I call in and place my order over the phone?
Yes! Please call the office on April 19-21 between 9:00am-3:00pm. The phone number is (250) 479-6162. The phone lines will be busy so please leave a message and we will phone you back in order.

How much time do I have to come in and pick up my order?
You will be contacted to schedule your pickup time. It is a 15 minute window. Please be on time as we have limited space and a small team. Please let us know if you need to schedule your pick-up outside of normal pick up hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can you answer my gardening and plant questions?
We love to hear from fellow gardeners and discuss your plant and garden questions and problems. However, we do not have as many staff available to answer your questions and may not be able to get back to you quickly. We apologize for the delay. For questions please click here.

What are your hours of operation now?
The Gardens are open to our Members and the public Thursday through Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm.
