The Horticulture Centre of the Pacific is happy to assist corporate and social event planners in bringing their meeting, workshop, corporate event or family gathering to life. The red cedar beams and Pacific Northwest architecture of the Couvelier Pavilion offer a refreshing, accessible space to gather with nine acres of award-winning gardens available for breakout space!
Rental rates are dependant upon your timeline and number of guests and range from $300 to $3000. All rates include the tax, tables and chairs, white tablecloths, indoor A/V equipment and admission to the gardens for all guests. Offseason rates are available for events held October-April.
The Couvelier Pavilion can accommodate up to 105 people theatre-style or 96 at round tables. If you plan to set up a buffet or silent auction inside, 60-80 guests may be more comfortable. There is plenty of adjacent outdoor space for buffet tables, BBQs, or food trucks. We are not licensed, thus a Special Event Permit is required before any alcohol can be opened onsite.
