If you have successfully completed ITA Levels 1 and 2 in Landscape Horticulture, PHC offers the opportunity to further your education with Level 3 and Level 4 Landscape Horticulturist Technical Training Programs. These programs will prepare you to write the ITA provincial Level 3 exam and the inter-provincial Red Seal Exam in Landscape Horticulture. Levels 3 and 4 are offered full-time, 6 weeks per level, during the winter months. Each program includes both classroom and practical components.

Tuition for each level is $1,350* (including program resource binder), plus a $20 non-refundable application fee.  You must provide your own personal protective equipment (boots, gloves, goggles, earplugs, and rain gear).

GAP TRAINING Program for Landscape Horticulturist Apprenticeship Training: August 9 – 27, 2021

The Gap Training program transitions apprentices who completed their Level 2 prior to 2020 into the harmonized ITA curriculum. Please note: Gap Training programs will be offered annually over the next few years as apprentices transition from the old curriculum to the harmonized curriculum.
