Walk into the gift shop, close your eyes and point your finger. It's that easy! We stock eye-catching plant containers, home and garden decor, West Coast Seeds, beautiful dibblers from Brentwood Bay woodturner Phil Cottell, bristled boot cleaners, antique-style brass plant misters and much, much more to inspire your green-thumbed loved ones.
For the host…
Your mother taught you never to show up to a party empty-handed, and we're here to help! Salt and pepper shakers, floral napkins and gold-trimmed tea sets will always have a place at the table, while butterfly drink markers and handmade Organized Kindling cheeseboards may come in handy from the moment they're received! For something a little sweeter, consider a jar of honey harvested from the HCP's very own bees. Add a beautiful mug and your favourite Earth's Herbal tea for the perfect post-party pick-me-up.

Crouch down to child height and you'll discover plenty of unique gifts you may have overlooked at first glance! Iron snail figurines (along with ladybugs, frogs, birds and other critters) are a favourite addition to fairy gardens and make great stocking stuffers alongside fridge magnets and 3D insect puzzles! In addition to sachets of calming lavender hand-harvested by HCP volunteers and Whiffcraft lip balm made with HCP lavender and rose oils, we also carry a lovely selection of soaps, soy candles, hand balms and bath minerals from Kama Soap Co. on Saltspring Island. Pick up an extra bar of the exfoliating Gardener's Soap -- it doesn't stay in stock for long!
For the stylish one…
When the snow hits the ground and we find ourselves able to skip the gardening gloves and mud-splattered jeans, some of us manage to clean up pretty well! Accessorize jackets, scarves and bags with plant-themed enamel pins from Seattle creator Hemleva or add the perfect pair of Bird + Bead earrings to a New Year's Eve ensemble. If you've got a friend flying south for the winter, we still have a stunning selection of Sloggers sun hats in stock with maximum UPF 50+ sun protection!
For the one who has everything…
Sometimes you just need a way to carry it all: our vibrant green HCP logo tote bags are lightweight with a Velcro closures and easy to find in your purse or trunk. They're also just a tiny bit smaller than most reusable grocery bags, making them ideal for heavier items like library books or freshly harvested vegetables. We stock a gorgeous selection of nature-themed greeting cards from local artists, too!
