We will call you within 24 hours of receiving your order to schedule your pickup time and share any other pertinent information. (If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, you may not receive a call until Monday.)

How does your Pick-Up Program work?
After you order online, we will call you to schedule your pick-up time within 24 hours of receiving your order. (If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive a call on Monday.) It is important to be on time for your appointment. Once you are here you will be instructed on where to park, and your order will be loaded in your vehicle for you.

Will I receive confirmation after ordering online?
Yes, absolutely! You will get an email confirming your order was received by us. We will contact you to schedule your pickup time.

Can I add or change something to my order after it’s placed?
No. We have a very small staff and are unable to add to or make changes to orders, but you can place a second order to ad more plants.

How long until you call me to pick-up my order?

Can I call in and place my order?
Yes! Please call the office 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday at 250-479-6162 starting September 21st.

Can you answer my gardening and plant questions?
We love to hear from fellow gardeners and discuss your plant and garden questions and challenges, however because of the current circumstances we are going to be a bit slower in responding. We do not have as many staff available to answer your questions and may not be able to get back to you quickly. We apologize for the delay. For questions please click here.

We are open Thursday through Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm.
