This three hour journey combines the benefits of Forest Therapy with play and creativity. Through the use of watercolour and coloured pencil, you will be invited to express your unique, sensual experience of the natural world. Mindfully slow down, and immerse yourself in the beauty around you, while becoming present to the little things that often go unnoticed. Deepen your connection with yourself as you heighten and inspire the creative muse within. Kelly is both an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide and visual artist.
