A Wedding at the Gardens at HCP

Option #1: Ceremony Only

• $1000.00 including up to 50 guests; additional guests are $10.00 each.
• Please note that the capacity of the standing marquee is 120—additional tenting can be rented to increase the capacity to a maximum of 150. Free parking
• A non-refundable deposit of half the total cost is required to secure your date. The balance and a refundable damage deposit must be paid one month prior to your wedding day or when the final guest count is known
• Set-up & takedown time for decorations.
• Please note this is limited to the day of the ceremony/reception unless prearranged.
• Set-up and takedown the chairs
• 2-hour rehearsal time
• A three-hour time frame for the ceremony & photographs
• Decorations are the responsibility of the renter

 Option #2: Reception Only

•  $1000.00 including up to 50 guests; additional guests- $10.00 each.
• The capacity for a sit-down dinner is 100.
• Up to 150 can be accommodated if additional tenting is rented.

Option #3: Ceremony & Reception

•  $1500.00 including up to 50 guests; additional guests- $10.00 each- capacity noted above
• Includes chairs, tables & set-ups including sun canopies for buffet & bar service
• The site rental is until 10 PM and the usual clean-up time is until 11 PM
