You are probably aware that the Gardens at HCP is a not-for-profit garden. We rely on the generosity of our sponsors, members, donors, and volunteers to sustain the gardens you visit and the programs you learn from.

For donors who believe in the Gardens, and are able to, we are so grateful to those who make donations or support our Leaf, Adopt-A-Tree & Planned Giving programs, but there are many small ways that you can also make a big difference..…like doing a little shopping in our gift shop or bringing an out-of-town guest in for a walk. Our annual memberships are an incredible value: free admission, discounts on plants, giftshop, and community education programs, as well as discounts at local nurseries and HCP guest passes.

One of the simplest ways to help the Gardens at HCP that you can do is buy groceries! Pick up a ‘Smile Card’ at the Gardens at HCP for Thrifty Foods and load it with any amount you’d like. Thrifty’s will donate 5% of the amount you have loaded right to the Gardens at HCP, then use that card at check-out whenever you like. There is no cost to you, just a little bit of time and the money generated from the Thrifty cards goes right back into the gardens! For plants! Ask at the front office or call 250-479-6162 to get an HCP Smile Card.

Thank-you for your support. The Gardens at HCP wouldn’t be the gardening community hub it is without you.
