United Way.

You may designate all or part of your United Way donations to HCP. As they don’t specify who is giving us donations we would appreciate a note or phone call from you letting us know you have made a gift.

Corporate Matching.

If your corporation has a matching gift program, for your contributions or volunteer hours, then we would encourage you to double your support to us by getting your place of work involved.

Third Party Events.

HCP encourages and welcomes employee groups holding office events to raise funds for Garden projects. We would be pleased to partner with you to help your staff rally around raising funds for a particular project such as:

• Planting 100 trees and shrubs in the Conservation area
• Bussing an elementary school class to HCP to take part in a hands-on learning experience.
• Supplying the audio-visual for the classroom in the planned Couvelier Pavilion

Donations In-Kind.

HCP welcomes the support of your corporation through printing, mailing, HCP information card in your outgoing mail, needed equipment, and loan of expertise.

Corporate Sponsorship

ADOPT-A-GARDEN $10,000 
Benefits:

• Corporate name and logo on signage at one of 30 demonstration gardens  for three years
• Option of 12 monthly team builds to maintain the sponsored garden
• Logo in the quarterly newsletter distribution approximately 1,000 per issue
• Logo on the website: www.hcp.ca
• Privilege of using the HCP name and logo on corporate materials for one year
• Invitation to HCP events such as a Takata Japanese Garden celebration, Arts & Music in the Gardens, ground breaking of the Couvelier Pavilion, plant sales, donor recognition, volunteer appreciation, open houses, and more

CORPORATE BENCH $5,000
Benefits:

• Your corporate logo tastefully displayed on a beautiful concrete bench for a minimum of a ten year period. (Updated logo’s can be changed during this time at corporate expense.)
• The option of a one-day team build for up to 20 people
• Corporate listing on the website and in the member newsletter
• Satisfaction of making a difference in the community

TEAM BUILDS $1,000
Benefits:

• Opportunity for up to 10 people to participate on a supervised garden project for the day. Includes coffee breaks, lunch, work gear and safety equipment
• Corporate listing on the website and in the member newsletter
• Signage at the Garden project for one year•
• atisfaction of making a difference in the community

EVENTS – Exclusive Presenting Sponsorship

With cash sponsorship received five months prior to the event you may receive exclusive presenting sponsorship to any of the following events:

• Annual Volunteer BBQ and Awards $1,000
• Annual Music & Arts in the Garden Event Sponsorship (August) $5,000
