Larry Phillips

Larry Phillips is recently retired from a career in the information technology industry where he established a solid reputation as a business leader and senior practitioner. He was the Fujitsu Consulting Vice President responsible for sales and service delivery to public and private sector clients in British Columbia. In this capacity he managed the Vancouver and Victoria offices and was a member of regional and national management committees. Larry was also a Partner with Ernst & Young and Regional Consulting Director with the LGS Group. In his consulting years he built a strong practice in strategic planning, project direction and contract administration. Larry has always had an interest in the art of Bonsai. Ron Cox

Ron Cox, a resident of Victoria since 1981, is a management consultant and passionate gardener. Professionally he advises organizations on strategy and information technology investments. His work has given him the opportunity to travel across Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. While working in England for 6 years, Ron and his wife Beverly developed their passion for gardening. Ron and his wife have slowed down their consulting life recently to focus on personal interests, including learning, travel, gardening and contributing to the community. Ron was a board member of the Victoria YM-YWCA for 7 years where he led strategy planning workshops and changes to board governance. He was also actively involved in fund raising, including annual campaigns, capital campaigns and the Y endowment program. Ron was on the HCP Board from 2007 to 2010. He travelled to Europe.
